Sistemik inflamatuar index (SII) ve MELD skoru karaciğer metastatik kolorektal kanserde sağ kalımı öngörebilir mi ?

Aim: In this study, it was aimed to investigate whether the blood neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet (PLR) and model for end-stage liver disease (MELD) score at time of metastasis in colorectal cancers (CRC) predict overall survival (OS) their prognostic roles.
 Materials Methods: 1250 cancer patients followed up our oncology center between 2015-2020 were retrospectively screened 203 with metastatic (LMCRC) included study. Blood NLR, PLR MELD scores calculated . 
 Results: Liver specific OS (LSOS) 22 months (95% CI: 16.82-27.18) an NLR 2.5 or less, while 10 6.59-13.41) rate above (p=0.004). LSOS 19 14.33-23.36) a 150 5.52-14.47) (p=0.0042). There negative correlation (r.-0.152, p=0.031). multivariate regression analysis, high found be independent factor (HR:95% CI:1.08-1.98). Conclusion: shown that higher are associated worse LMCRC. revealed LSOS. Closer follow-up may option SII when develops.
